What do I need to rent?
A valid driver's licence, proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to the vehicle, and a major credit card in your name for the refundable security deposit. The minimum age is 21. The exact deposit depends on the car and we confirm it before you pay.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, within our delivery area and at the airports we serve. We do not run a rental counter, so there is no concession fee or facility charge.
How far ahead should I book?
For a normal weekend, a few days. For a wedding weekend, a major event or a holiday, book two to three weeks ahead. That is when the fleet goes out first.
Can I rent with a chauffeur?
Yes. The G63, the Urus and the Escalade can be booked with a professional driver for weddings, corporate events and airport transfers.
What if something goes wrong with the car?
Call the one support number, any hour. We swap the car or come to you. You never deal with a call centre.
